Purchased from the 2017 Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale for $100,000, Long on Value then went on to get his first G1 victory in 2018 at the age of 7 years old in the G1 Highlander at Woodbine for new owners Madaket Stables, Ten Strike Racing and Steve Laymon. Long on Value is now standing at stud in Florida.
