GOLD LIGHTNING weaved her way through traffic for a decisive debut score at Saratoga on Thursday for Martin Schwartz. The filly by Bolt d’Oro is trained by Brad Cox and was broken by Paul Sharp. She was a $150,000 yearling purchase from the 2022 Fasig-Tipton October Sale.
Spendthrift Farm and Frank Fletcher’s ROCKET AND ROLL would not be denied late in the stretch at Saratoga to break his maiden for trainer Brad Cox. He was a 2022 Fasig-Tipton Midlantic 2-year-old purchase.
GLENGARRY ran his rivals off their feet at Prairie Meadows to win on debut for Aaron Kennedy, Toby Joseph, and Doug Anderson. The Maximus Mischief colt was purchased for $150,000 out of the 2023 Fasig-Tipton Midlantic 2-year-old sale and was featured in the TDN following the win
