Clients of BSW Bloodstock are locked and loaded for the biggest day of racing at the Gulfstream Park winter meet as they take on 5 Stakes races including 4 Graded Stakes Races and a G1. Also on Saturday, Mind Your Biscuits will return to Dubai to defend his title in the G1 Golden Shaheen.

Mind Your Biscuits – $2 million G1 Dubai Golden Shaheen

Audible – $1 million G1 Florida Derby

Owners: China Horse Club, Head of Plains Partners LLC, Starlight Racing and WinStar Farm
A Private Purchase for clients Head of Plains Partners after his win in the G2 Holy Bull, the son of Into Mischief heads into the G1 Florida Derby as the morning line favorite.

Catholic Boy – $1 million G1 Florida Derby

Owners: Robert LaPenta, Madaket Stables LLC and Siena Farm LLC
Madaket Stables joined original owner Robert LaPenta in early 2018 on Catholic Boy and most recently, Siena Farm purchased a minority interest in the colt. He is coming into the race off a great series of works for trainer Jonathan Thomas.

Irish War Cry – $300,000 G2 Gulfstream Park Hardacre Mile Stakes

Last year’s G2 Holy Bull and G2 Wood Memorial winner came in 2nd in the G3 Hal’s Hope for his 2018 debut. He has had two more solid breezes since then and will face G1 Kentucky Derby winner Always Dreaming. BSW Syndicated Irish War Cry in April 2017.

Stormy Victoria – $250,000 G3 Honey Fox Stakes

Owners: Tango Uniform Racing and The Elkstone Group LLC
Purchased out of the 2015 Arqana Arc de Triomphe Sale for clients Tango Uniform, The Elkstone Group and Ward Curtis, she has proven to be a model of consistency. She has run a 90+ Beyer in all 11 of her American starts and comes into this race off a win in the South Beach Stakes last out over this same turf course.

Originator – $150,000 Sanibel Island Stakes

Owners: Denholtz Stables, West Point Thoroughbreds and Head of Plains Partners LLC
A BSW Private Purchase for Head of Plains Partners in early 2018, she ran 2nd in an Allowance next out while earning a big new top. She is coming into the race off a live series of works for trainer Ian Wilkes.
